You will be responsible for analysing compensation data, developing and implementing compensation strategies, and providing insights to drive informed decision-making at both regional and global levels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of compensation data, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with Reward, Finance and stakeholders to design and implement competitive compensation programs and policies that support the attraction, retention, and motivation of employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation structures and make recommendations for enhancements or adjustments as needed.
  • Partner with finance and other relevant teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to compensation practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR teams and managers on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary offers, and promotions.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, market trends, and legislative changes to ensure our compensation strategies remain innovative and compliant.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry or a similarly regulated environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. Experience with compensation benchmarking surveys and HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
