Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic National Account Executive / Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will provide a comprehensive introduction to the commercial operations within the organization, offering exposure to various facets of business development, sales, and strategic planning. This is the perfect role for an (national) account executive to take the step up in their career.


Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Assist in managing and developing relationships with national accounts.
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
  • Support the execution of account plans and strategies.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
  • Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and contracts.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Monitor account performance and sales metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and logistics teams to support account activities.
  • Participate in meetings and strategy sessions to align account management efforts with overall business objectives.


Key Attributes, Knowledge & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proactive and results-driven with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
