Job Description

Job Title – Wellbeing Lead – Consulting & Training

Location – Bristol Hybrid (travel to Bristol once or twice a month as minimum for team meetings and collaboration sessions)

We are a Wellbeing Consultancy with a vision to improve the Mental Health of people of all ages through the development of tools, techniques and training.

Our history has focused upon two distinct service lines: Workplace Mental Health Training and Meditation Sessions for Key Stage 1 and 2 School Children. Our future will see us bring these together and build a range of new solutions for people of all ages across education and employment, given them skills for life.

The Wellbeing Lead will lead and deliver our range of Consulting and Training to the Private & Public sector and Educational organisations. As a thought leader you will help to shape wellbeing support and resources for leaders, employees and pupils as required.

This is an amazing opportunity for a Wellbeing expert to bring their energy and passion to help establish Thought Bubbles as a leading provider of workplace and education wellbeing consultancy and training.

We are looking for you to bring your experience gained as a Wellbeing practitioner – either in house or consultancy – to will work closely with colleagues to evolve our existing services into a broader and continually effective portfolio of audit & strategy solutions, wellbeing surveys, training and guides for people of all ages.

You will lead the delivery of these services to customers helping to create amazing places to work and study. You will be working with leaders who want to ensure all stakeholders can develop techniques to help manage their stresses, anxieties and other issues affecting their mental health; ensuring resources are available for all.

We are ready for the next step our journey, you will be pivotal to making this happen.

About You

  • You will have experience within a Wellbeing role or have held an HR position in which you can demonstrate the implementation and delivery of a wellbeing programme
  • As someone who applies critical thinking to a problem, you will develop and deliver evidence-based plans which meet the needs of our customers
  • You will be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels of an organisation from team member to board level; gaining buy in for proposed solutions and being seen as a credible, expert in the field of wellbeing
  • You will be part of a small team, initially, as such you will be willing to support others where the need arises to ensure we can meet our goals of support everyone to enjoy better wellbeing
  • Strong organisational, planning and time management skills are in your toolkit; you will be able to manage your own workload and work unsupervised
  • You will be able to travel to meet customers and conduct your role at their locations where required, including the very occasional need to stay away from home for a night or two
  • As someone who has operated as a Lead or Manager in previous roles, you will have a good commercial understanding, able to support in the preparation of financial and service proposals and manage budgets effectively
  • Ideally you will have experience of delivering Mental Health related training in the workplace or be willing to be trained to do this
  • Education AND Private sector experience is highly desired, but not essential.

The Package

  • Salary circa £40,000 doe
