Key Responsibilities- Inspire staff to deliver creative and personalized care with a wellbeing approach.
- Facilitate social links between residents, relatives, friends, and the local community.
- Deliver personalized social and leisure schedules for residents according to their interests and preferences.
- Experience in hospitality, events, customer service, creative arts, psychology, or management/supervisory roles.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, patience, and empathy.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in using initiative.
