About the Role

Cedar Care Homes Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the position of Wellbeing Coordinator/Hospitality/Activities Lead. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, wellbeing, and a desire to make a positive impact in a rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire staff to deliver creative and personalized care with a wellbeing approach.
  • Facilitate social links between residents, relatives, friends, and the local community.
  • Deliver personalized social and leisure schedules for residents according to their interests and preferences.
Requirements
  • Experience in hospitality, events, customer service, creative arts, psychology, or management/supervisory roles.
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, patience, and empathy.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in using initiative.
