Primary ECTs required in Merton

Ribbons & Reeves are delighted to be working in partnership with a growing number of Primary Schools in the Inner London borough of Merton to assist in the recruitment of ECTs for September 2024.

Multiple ECT vacancies are available within a close-knit federation of schools, which means you will be part of a cohesive community of ECTs come September; learning and developing at the same time.

Renowned for their robust ECT programme, which offers outstanding support and guidance to Early Career Teachers, this is an excellent opportunity for Primary ECTs to get their teaching careers off to a fantastic start.

Primary ECTs - Job Requirements:
  • Already hold QTS or be on-track to obtain QTS by the end of the 23-24 academic year
  • Have a confident personality, a winning mindset and an infectious love of teaching
  • Be a reflective practitioner and be prepared to take on-board and implement advice provided from colleagues and through CPD training
  • Be determined to become the best teacher you can be in order to make the biggest impact in the classroom
  • **EYFS, KS1 and KS2 specialists can be considered**
  • Be looking to commit to a full-time, permanent role for September 2024.
