Engenda Group, a leading engineering and construction company, is currently seeking a talented Commercial Administrator to join the team at our head office in Runcorn.

Role Overview

As a Commercial Administrator at Engenda Group, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day administration of the group. You’ll work closely with the commercial team, taking on the responsibility of daywork, weekly and monthly processes to ensure that timesheets are submitted accurately and on time, and liaising with payroll to resolve any anomalies. You’ll also handle queries from internal personnel and external clients and support the commercial team with ad hoc administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the daywork, weekly and monthly processes from start to finish – receiving timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submission, raising invoices and billing clients
  • Managing the daywork summary
  • Handling internal personnel and external client queries
  • Liaising with payroll and site teams to resolve any anomalies
  • Undertaking general housekeeping of the commercial system
  • Supporting the commercial team with any ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Adhering to strict invoicing deadlines and client application submissions

What you will bring to Engenda

You’ll have extensive administrative experience, ideally within the engineering sector. You will be working with MS Excel most of the time so competency is essential. You’ll hold experience in logging and filling daily allocations, handling and submitting timesheets, and have strong organisational, communicative and time-management skills.
