About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Marketing Support Executive to join our team at Swissport. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business development efforts and driving commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the commercial team with administrative support and take the lead on Salesforce commercial reporting, compliance, and data accuracy.
  • Utilize various software packages and your own research to drive data collection and analysis of the aviation market, providing evidence-based insights to inform commercial decisions.
  • Support the development of unique proposals in line with individual response guidelines and Swissport's corporate brand identity and governance policies.
  • Write, review, and edit written content, working with the commercial team to produce professional bid responses, marketing literature, and presentations that showcase Swissport's values and services.

Requirements

  • Strong written English language skills and ability to craft compelling proposals and engaging copy.
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of business needs, with the ability to translate them into winning bids.
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to craft compelling content that stands out.
  • Data-driven insights and ability to dive into data to uncover success-driving insights.
  • Tech-savvy independence and ability to work autonomously while fostering a collaborative environment with internal stakeholders.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with the commercial team.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create professional presentations.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Bid management or copywriting experience, with a proven track record in crafting winning proposals.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Aviation industry knowledge, with ground handling expertise being a plus.
  • Education: GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
