We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Marketing Operations Specialist to contribute significantly to the aviation sector. In this role, you will engage in data management, proposal development, and marketing assistance, propelling our business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management and Enhancement: Oversee essential commercial databases and partner with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy.
  • Proposal Development: Create persuasive proposals that reflect our core values and service offerings.
  • Knowledge Base Creation: Develop and maintain standardized responses and templates to improve proposal quality.
  • Support Across Various Services: Provide assistance with reporting, client communication, and contract administration.
  • Event Management and Commercial Initiatives: Coordinate customer events and lead commercial projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Written English Skills: Ability to produce compelling proposals and engaging content.
  • Business Insight: Comprehend commercial requirements for successful proposals.
  • Creative Approach and Detail Orientation: Develop engaging and precise content.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Derive actionable insights from data analysis.
  • Technologically Proficient: Work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Essential for successful teamwork.
  • Advanced Skills in Presentation Software: Proficiency in PowerPoint is necessary for this position.

Experience and Education:

  • Experience in Proposal Management or Content Creation (Preferred): Demonstrated success in developing winning proposals.
  • Ability to Thrive in Dynamic Environments: Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the Aviation Sector (Preferred): Familiarity with ground handling operations is a plus.
  • Educational Background: GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
