Are you an experienced HR professional at an IFA company ready to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a dynamic HR Coordinator to join a leading IFA firm. With offices located across the whole UK, this role offers you the flexibility and working from home options.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on employee relations, ensuring smooth conflict resolution and employee support.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive and implement change programs.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices.
  • Champion initiatives designed to boost employee engagement and retention.
  • Oversee HR administrative processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage and guide HR Advisors to foster a high-performing HR team.


Must Have: We’re looking for someone with a background at an IFA firm, who has a proven experience in HR.
