The Finance Analyst responsible for HQ Corporate Entities is a crucial post with an expanding remit. This includes but not limited to month end activities for the four HQ entities, budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc analysis as required. To successfully carry out the tasks, the role holder must establish solid working relationships with the central accounting team and key stakeholders including senior Directors. In addition, the role holder will work alongside the FP&A team on various other tasks as required in order to enhance knowledge across the wider area of activities the FP&A team performs. This is a very visible role with room for growth and development.

The Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Month end reporting for the HQ entities and cost centres
  • Produce monthly HQ reporting pack with analysis and commentary
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Managing and owning the budget process for the HQ entities with particular emphasis on Cost Centre budgets
  • Preparation and consolidation of all related budget templates
  • Working closely with the Cost Centre heads (Director level) to produce the annual budgets and Long Range Plans
  • Co-operating with Finance Managers and Business Partners of the wider HQ teams to ensure timely submissions with the required information
  • Build finance system knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and outputs

We are looking for a talented candidate who can liaise with stakeholders and who has strong experience within Finance. This role is ideal for recently qualified candidates with their ACCA/CIMA.

This is a hybrid role from our Woking office. We have on-site parking and we are close to the train station.
