If you are an experienced B2B salesperson with a background in food ingredients, this is a fantastic opportunity. This role will see you use your industry skills to develop new businesses and grow existing clients.

This organisation is a leading player in Chemicals and Ingredients for the FMCG market. They provide their products to a huge variety of sectors from food to pharmaceutical to automotive. As a global operation, they are established in over 75 countries worldwide offering you stability and career progression.

The Role

You will be responsible for the area from London to the Midlands and everywhere in between. This role is fully remote and on-the-road client-facing. You’ll have a wide range of duties including.

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and yearly profit and growth for your region

• Work with the Technical Sales Manager to maximise sales opportunities

• Business Development- create new trading accounts & Account Management – grow existing relationships

• Develop sales plans for your region and manage accounts with sales calls and visits.

Products such as flavours & colours, acidulants, shelf-life regulators, starches, oils & fats, vitamins, amino acids, phosphates, stabilizers etc…

Customers such as bakers, chocolate & confectionary, food supplements, food processing, beverages

Your Skills & Experience

To be considered for this opportunity you will need.

• B2B sales experience with food and or ingredients

• Full clean driving license

• Highly analytical, great with figures for reporting and customer pricing

• Proven track record in building sales figures and margins
