Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support, in line with procedures, to all users of the Platform.
  2. Always maintain data and system integrity.
  3. Ensure delivery of customer service and consumer outcomes
  4. Support management with project implementations, fixes, and upgrades.
  5. Assist with processes and procedures.
  6. Comply with the relevant compliance, TCF, T&C and financial crime procedures of the firm.
  7. Comply with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and relevant FCA rules.
  8. Keep up to date with all relevant product, legislative and technical changes, as required.
  9. To be responsible for the proactive and positive implementation of Consumer Duty.
  10. Always deliver exception service to customers.
  11. Have the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.

A candidate must come from a platform or administration role within an IFA environment. You must have experience and understanding of the platforms available in the UK retail financial services market and the administration they required. You will be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel & Outlook mainly), with strong communication and skills and an eye for detail and accuracy when working with data, and preferably have knowledge of using, CRM systems such as Intelligent Office, X-Plan and CURO
