About Us:

We are a distinguished cosmetic and medical clinic situated in the prestigious Sloane Square. Our clinic is renowned for delivering exceptional patient care and a comprehensive range of high-quality cosmetic and medical treatments. We are seeking a professional and experienced Clinic Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Front Desk Duties:

- Warmly greet and assist patients upon arrival.

- Schedule and manage patient appointments and follow-up consultations.

- Handle telephone enquiries, emails, and patient correspondence promptly and efficiently.

- Invoicing and Account Management:

- Prepare and issue invoices for treatments and services.

- Manage patient accounts, including processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records.

- Liaise with insurance companies and handle claims processing.

- General Administration Duties:

- Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

- Coordinate patient care and facilitate effective communication with medical staff.

- Perform general office tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry.

- Stock Management:

- Monitor and manage clinic supplies and stock levels.

- Order and replenish supplies as necessary.

- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain inventory records.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in administration within a medical clinic setting.

- Proficiency in cosmetic and medical clinic terminology and patient care coordination.

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and clinic management software.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Professional and courteous demeanour with a focus on patient satisfaction.
