HIRING: Marketing Manager (Retail), Premier League Football Team


Location: London


I am hiring for a highly creative and organised Marketing professional to join this top flight football team



The Role

  • The marketing department is continuing to grow and position itself as one of the industry’s most innovative and fan-focused teams. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement retail marketing plans and campaigns.


  • Reporting into the Marketing Lead, the Marketing Manager will have a strong focus on developing both domestic and international markets for fan and revenue growth.


  • The Marketing Manager will be leading on the creation, development and execution of campaigns across core business areas, specifically in the areas of retail, hospitality and partnerships.


  • The Marketing Manager will ensure campaigns are delivered against the marketing plan, accurately and within deadlines


  • You will have the fantastic opportunity to assist with club events and matchday activities.



Your Experience

  • You will have a passion for the sports industry, as well as 3+ years of relevant experience managing commercial marketing campaigns.


  • The successful candidate will also have a strong knowledge of industry trends and be constantly challenging the status quo. They will be constantly pushing for new and innovative ways of ensuring success.


  • This person will be able to demonstrate their experience of managing a retail marketing campaign end to end, involving product ideation or at least involvement in devising products.
