Job Purpose

As our new Wholesale Account Executive your role will be to support the Wholesale Manager with the day-to-day management of our growing wholesale channel.

 

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our wholesale accounts, helping us to develop our relationships with wholesale partners worldwide. Working directly with our varied account base, from independent yoga studios to large retailers, luxury hotels and beyond, your personable and engaging account management approach will contribute towards our wholesale channel’s continued growth.

 

In addition, you will also help maintain an efficient operational flow for our wholesale customers, working closely with our Operations Team and external logistics partners to offer the best possible service.

 

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and commercially aware individual who can help this important part of our business grow, through their ability to connect with customers, colleagues and external partners.

 


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operation of the wholesale channel by providing exceptional customer service in a positive and personable manner.
  • Maintain a smooth operational flow and first-class wholesale customer experience by assisting with incoming customer enquiries and requests efficiently.
  • Develop and deepen our wholesale relationships by going above and beyond customer expectations, and once comfortable in your role, through timely proactive check-ins and catch-up calls.
  • Carry out key aspects of the CRM process flow – processing new leads, on-boarding new accounts, and reactivating dormant accounts.
  • Update and improve customer assets and documents, such as our wholesale lookbook and price lists.
  • Proactively help our internal Operations Team to ensure wholesale orders are processed efficiently.
  • Support the Wholesale Manager with new and existing sales and marketing initiatives, including through research and reporting as required.
  • Supporting with other ad hoc tasks and administrative duties as required, within the Wholesale Team and the wider company as necessary.

Advantageous:

  • Experience of working within a wholesale, B2B or relationship management position.
  • Experience in a customer service focused role.
  • An interest in fitness, wellness and/or Yoga.
  • Experience working in the health and fitness and/or yoga industry.
  • Experience working in a start-up or fast-growing scale-up business.
