Holmes Hosking is looking to employ part time Administrative/Team Assistants to support its busy office in Bromley. The successful applicants will provide personalised secretarial and administrative support to the Sales team 2-3 days per week, in a well-organised and timely manner. They will be responsible for the efficient running of the workplace; covering administrative tasks, managing office facilities and strive to create a productive and organised setting.
Responsibilities
- Diary management
- Managing phone calls, enquiries and booking appointments
- Managing all written correspondence
- Managing the production of all marketing material i.e. brochures, business cards
- Drafting and proofreading
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Managing all social media platforms
- Planning and coordinating events i.e. open houses
- Manage all aspects of Money Laundering Compliance / AML Officer
- Finance management i.e. invoicing, tax returns
- Meeting preparation
- Travel arrangements
- Data entry and reporting
- Creating and managing the company’s operational procedures
- Managing stationery and office inventory
Qualifications & Skills
- Fully literate in Microsoft programmes such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to prioritise complex and varied workload
- Self-motivation
- Discretion and trustworthiness whilst managing confidential information
Benefits & Additional Details
Salary: Pro-rata £25,000
Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday
