Responsibilities

  • To part generate and manage the total business revenue arriving from the team
  • Grow a strong understanding of the complete product package to deliver new business
  • Manage and coach the business development team
  • Present strategic plans to the board on the planning and coordination for the penetration of new markets

Qualifications

  • Ideally educated to degree level in a relevant life sciences field
  • 10 + years experience in a technical B2B environment from the life sciences or OEM sectors
  • Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • International footprint in major account development and growth
