We are seeking a talented and driven individual to support the L&D team globally from a coordination standpoint, but also someone who can take on additional tasks and responsibilities as the team matures. This is a brand-new role with the ability to work autonomously, bring new creative ideas and be part of a real journey as they spearhead their Learning and Development journey.


Main Duties:


  • Support the L&D Manager in coordinating and scheduling firm-wide trainings (internal and external), arranging all related logistics
  • Ensure smooth running of all Learning & Development programs
  • Coordinate and arrange invites for onboarding programs for Investment juniors
  • Manage the entire cycle of the internship program
  • Assist with keeping all current L&D offerings updated on shared platforms
  • Assist with the nomination process for all training programs and keep all relevant trackers updated
  • Leverage prior experience to provide insight towards developing training programs
  • Analyse feedback/trends to continually improve L&D efforts
  • Assist with any ad-hoc L&D requests as needed.


Required Experience:


  • 2+ years working within L&D or HR looking to continue within the learning and development space.
  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office tools, Webex and other relevant software.
  • Show readiness to hit the ground running, learn existing processes, and contribute to the growth of the L&D function through the successful completion of assigned project.
