You preferably will have below qualities:

  • Experience operating in a well-being facility including treatments, gyms, pool and wet facilities.
  • Strong guest service orientation
  • Creative leadership and influential problem-solving skills
  • Ability to competently manage relationships and handle people
  • Can work well under pressure and to deadlines
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the well-being and spa industry
  • Knowledge of Opera, MS Office, Zenoti
  • Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail

JOB SUMMARY

The Wellbeing Managerensures that the highest standards of customer care and facilities management are followed, reporting to the Director of Wellbeing to ensure the highest possible guest satisfaction and the efficiency of the facility's operation. to create a well-being experience which exceeds guests' expectations.

It is the Wellbeing Manager'sresponsibility to ensure the Wellbeing Department operates effectively and efficiently for the best possible guest and staff experience whilst achieving the department's business goals.

Your tasks as a Wellbeing Manager will include but not be limited to:

Overseeing the upkeep and operation of the hotel's wellbeing facilities, including reporting and escalating maintenance or cleanliness issues whererequired, andmaintainingsafety practices.

Demonstrating motivation, energy, and attention to detail in all tasks

Working and supporting the Director of Wellbeing with commercial, and strategy planning, managing P&L and implementing quality controls.

Ensuring the satisfaction management of our guests, residents and member

Commercial and Strategy Activation

Managing and exhibiting our Forbes standard

Health and Safely and Sustainability Representative
