Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Director to drive the business growth across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling OT cybersecurity solutions to manufacturing, energy, utilities, and/or critical infrastructure companies. This role demands a target-driven, growth-oriented attitude and a relentless drive to succeed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets in Europe.
  • Market Penetration: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the manufacturing, energy, utilities, and critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies.
  • Solution Selling: Understand and address customer needs and desired outcomes.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, focused on OT cybersecurity solutions for manufacturing, energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure sectors across Europe.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of cybersecurity and operational technology, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Goal-Oriented: A target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and surpassing goals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
