The Role:
As a National Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the brand’s growth within the contract catering sector. Reporting directly to our Head of Sales, you'll be instrumental in expanding the brand presence and distribution in this key channel. From negotiating head office contracts to executing site-level strategies, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to make the product a household name.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow contract catering channels, from negotiations to on-site execution.
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop and implement growth strategies, leveraging key relationships with distributors like Brakes & DDC.
- Lead sampling initiatives and support trade shows, events, and activations.
- Provide valuable insights and performance data to drive informed decision-making.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute account-level investments and activations.
- Uphold the brand values and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the UK food & beverage industry.
- Previous experience working with Bidfood and Brakes is essential.
- Willingness to travel across the UK for customer engagements.
- Proven track record of managing sales budgets and delivering ROI in the contract catering sector.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Ambitious, proactive, and passionate about sustainability.
