About the Client
Our client is a large, well respected Property company. You will be working in a growing and friendly team. About the Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for keeping the landlords and tenants happy & safe whilst they live in their home. Once a the tenant moves in, you will be responsible for the relationship between the Tenant and Landlord. You will be managing any maintenance issues and helping with any requests with the end goal of having a happy tenant and landlord.

To do this, you will be confident speaking with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors over the phone. You will be knowledgeable about relevant Legislation, responsibilities and processes.

Responding to Tenant and Landlord enquiries
Ensuring statutory certificates and all compliance issues are up-to-date and satisfactory
Managing midterm inspections & following up on issues
Managing renewals and move outs
Serving and advising on Section 8 and Section 21 notices as and when required
Authorising and processing maintenance and compliance invoices

Someone with a good knowledge of the Property Management process

Demonstrable Experience and working knowledge of Compliance requirements

Happy to work in the office and at home
