Whether you're based in East Anglia or beyond, this role provides a platform to develop your strategic, business development and sales expertise. As a key driver of Ultimet’s commercial strategy, you’ll have the autonomy to shape the future of the business. Your insights will directly influence the company’s growth and success, and you’ll work closely with senior leadership to implement cutting-edge business development strategies.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive commercial success and growth.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify expansion opportunities while mitigating risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new customer acquisition strategies.
  • Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and customers, ensuring commercial success.
  • Monitor the performance of commercial activities and report to senior management.
  • Set and manage financial targets, budgets, and develop long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the printing, packaging, or coating industries.
  • A self-starter attitude with a passion for growth, innovation, and delivering results.
  • Flexibility to travel nationally and across Europe as needed.
