We are looking for an Experienced, Proactive, and Enthusiastic Hospitality Supervisor for a prestigious client site in Central London.

About the Role

Monday Friday (40 hours per week)

Core hours: 7.30am 4pm with flexibility for events

  • Taking pride in serving simply beautiful food, and coffee to the highest level
  • Working alongside the kitchen team as and where appropriate
  • Maintaining tea points, including replenishment and cleaning of coffee machines.
  • General cleaning tasks in pantry areas
  • Setting up meeting rooms and delivering breakfast or lunch orders.
  • Supporting daytime events, including large hospitality bookings for breakfasts or lunches.
  • Assisting with overtime shifts for events like drink receptions and canapés (OT rate at 1.5x, with days agreed in advance).

About You

  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment (e.g., office meeting rooms, tea points, or coffee machines).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Basic understanding of events or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to guide and support agency staff or additional team members.
  • Love and passion for coffee and exceptional service
  • Well-presented and very sociable with personality that shines through
  • Able to deliver and maintain standards in line with the Good Eating Company vision and values
  • Consistent in a high level of Health & Safety and cleanliness

About Us

Since 1999, weve been championing flavour and creating memorable, linger over-able dishes for work meetings, conferences and events

The Good Eating Company was cooked up around the kitchen table, over several bottles of Ribera del Duero. We had the dream of bringing restaurant-quality food to corporate dining at a time when uninspiring sandwiches and soggy salads were all that were typically on offer. Since then, the team have been delivering food and drink services to an impressive menu of clients up and down the country.

We no longer work around a kitchen table, but our approach remains the same: moreish food, quaffable drinks and good company
