Role Overview:
As a Project Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project managers and team members with various administrative and project-related tasks. You will handle essential tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with clients. Your role is pivotal in keeping projects on track and ensuring that all objectives are met efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
- Maintain and process project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Work closely with clients to ensure timely and effective communication regarding project status and enquiries.
- Track project progress and help ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Create and manage Health & Safety documentation for projects.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Previous experience in a similar role or within a project environment is a plus but not required.
