About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team at ERIKS. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and operations, to ensure project success.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of power transmission products and their applications.
  • Proven experience in project management, including leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
