????Responsibilities:
- Ensure the growth and profitability of Impress operations in the country, drive sales and profit results in all clinics. Be P&L owner for the country.
- Be responsible for the Impress country teams, its performances and operations.
- Grow as a recognized market leader.
- Act as the connection between Headquarters and Impress country; communicate vision, motivate all team members, and ensure great performance and a competitive atmosphere for the teams.
- Monitor the sales plans on a daily and weekly basis of treatment coordinators and doctors, track conversions, create & execute improvement action plans when required. Ensure achievements of monthly and annual budgets, and that revenue flows are maximised and that costs are minimised.
- Coach and train sales team, hygienists, dentists on sales best practices and monitor their KPIs.
- Engage and form a genuine connection with our customers to keep them excited about their journey to a more confident smile.
- Guarantee compliance with sales & operations processes and correct follow-up procedures.
- Verify work schedules for teams such as sales, nurses, hygienists, and doctors are well organised.
- Participate in hiring, training, feedback, and termination of contracts.
- Secure compliance with regulations and sanitary protocols.
- Collaborate in marketing activities & interviews, receipt of influencers, and photoshoots. This may involve videos for social media together with other team members. Lead this by example. Motivate other teams to be social.
- Negotiate with partners & other external stakeholders or governing bodies, support the creation of legal and financial structures as needed.
- Plan a perfect customer journey in every moment of the customer experience.
- Be available to travel.
????Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role with a solid understanding of the UK market.
- Strong sales background and experience in P&L management.
- Deep knowledge of the UK business landscape.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Data and results-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Ambitious and driven with a strong desire to succeed.
- Hands-on approach: Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment with lean staffing and ownership of initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective across a wide variety of audiences.
