Position: Recruitment Delivery Consultant - Surbiton, Surrey
Type: Full-time
Location: Surbiton (KT6), 20 minutes from Waterloo, onsite with wfh flexibility.

Salary: £18k - £23k + placement bonuses + KPI bonuses
We host regular FinTech meet ups, attend global conferences, in our niches and you'll be given all the technical and recruitment life-cycle support to make a success in this role. You'll be close to the Director's direct client base, understand who the best candidates are and the players in the niche we're strong in.

Role Overview: As a Recruitment Operations Assistant, you will work closely with our Director to support various recruitment functions. You will gain a thorough understanding of our niche markets by shadowing the Director and will help compile and engage lists of mid and senior-level candidates in Software Sales, Alliances, Implementation, Product, and hands-on Technical disciplines. You'll handle database administration, candidate management, job specification writing, and executing targeted outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and through our Bullhorn CRM database. We are small, so you may be required to handle other administrative tasks when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Shadow the Director to understand our specialized markets and identify key candidate profiles.
- Candidate Sourcing: Compile and engage lists of mid and senior-level candidates with niche domain experience to support global client needs.
- Candidate Outreach: Conduct and manage outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and through our CRM to engage and attract potential candidates.
- Database Administration: Maintain and update our CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Candidate Administration: Manage candidate communications, coordinate interviews, and assist with the onboarding process.
- Job Specification Writing: Create detailed and compelling job descriptions to attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Director and team members to support recruitment projects and initiatives.
What we need from you:
- We would prefer 1-3 years running multiple recruitment hires, but are open to an inquisitive, organised graduate who wants to learn more about the commercial world.
- A passion for engaging and investigating client and candidate requirements by phone and in person
- Good at picking up business systems, like candidate-tracking CRMs, Excel etc
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
What would stand you out:
Excellent phone manner with no fear of picking up and calling clients and candidates when required.
Masters degree in business, finance, but not exclusive
Local to Surbiton - we're keen to build a culture, but we're flexible on days in the office
Understanding Software either technically or from a sales point of view
