Part of the Luxury Family Hotel Group, New Park Manor has recently undergone a multi-million-pound refurbishment programme. All existing spaces have been transformed, including the bedrooms, restaurants, childrens areas, and the spa. The design is inspired by the buildings history as a royal hunting lodge as well as the ancient woodland that surrounds the manor.

Are you passionate about wellness, beauty, and exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a dynamic Spa Manager and Therapist to lead our spa team.

Position Overview:

As a Spa Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional spa experiences to our guests, ensuring their ultimate relaxation and well-being. This a permanent role, at 40 hours per week over 5 days (including weekends), with an annual salary of £36,000 plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefit package.

Heres what were looking for:

Spa UK Qualified to NVQ level 3 or ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO (or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage).

Previous experience ideally from within either a destination Spa or within a Hotel Spa.
Management Experience:?Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage schedules, and oversee day-to-day operations.
Guest-Centric Approach:?Your focus is on creating a memorable and relaxing experience for every guest.
Promote our premium products and drive sales.
Ishga training will be provided, but previous experience of Ishga is highly desirable.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

Spa Operations:?Efficiently manage spa operations, including scheduling, inventory, and maintenance.
Spa café: Ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our guests.
Memberships: Manage our exclusive membership program, fostering a community of wellness and relaxation.
Team Leadership:?Lead by example, ensuring team members deliver exceptional service.
Hands-On Treatments:?Perform spa treatments (massages, facials, etc.) with skill and care.
Product Promotion:?Educate guests about our products and recommend personalised solutions whilst driving product sales.
