New Park Manor Hotel, nestled in the breathtaking landscape of the New Forest is seeking a diligent and dedicated public area cleaner to join our friendly team and contribute to the exceptional experience we provide.

**Role overview**:
As one of the leading luxury hotels in the region, New Park Manor prides itself on exceptional service and maintaining impeccable standards. We are looking for a meticulous individual who shares our commitment to excellence in cleanliness and presentation. **We are looking for someone who can work 32 hours per week, with some weekend cover, at an hourly rate of £11.55 per hour.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including lounges, restrooms, and other communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, polished, and free of debris.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as needed to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department and uphold health and safety regulations at all times.

**To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has**:

- Charisma, an engaging personality with a passion for hospitality, providing great service to our guests.
- A keen eye for detail, working to tight timeframes and enjoying a physical job role
- Ability to interact with all guests and ability to have fun and engage with our younger guests.
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
