Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences? New Park Manor Hotel, nestled in the picturesque surroundings of the new Forest, is seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to join their lovely team.
**Role overview**:
As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive, able to answer guest queries, and showcasing your knowledge of the hotel, the facilities, and the local area.
**This a permanent role, at 40 hours per week over 5 days (including evenings and weekends), with an hourly rate of £11.55, plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefit package.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Welcoming guests: Conducting a pleasant and professional check-in/check-out, ensuring a smooth and personable welcome. To give all guests a full tour of the hotel and their bedroom, explaining all the facilities on offer.
- Guest Assistance: Assist guests with enquiries, provide information and address any concerns promptly and professionally, finding solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Reservations: Handle room reservations, manage booking systems, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Make long lasting unique memories: We welcome your charisma and personality and encourage you to create memories and relationships with our guests - especially the littlest ones
**To succeed in this role we are looking for**:
- Previous experience working with Opera - would be beneficial
- Charisma, an engaging personality, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and guest needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for guest satisfaction.
