The ROLE
* The successful Sales Coordinator/Sales Administrator will be required to do the following:

* Collate management reports
* Ensure employee one to one/review meetings are scheduled
* Take notes in Management and HR meetings
* Maintain and update annual leave requests
* Purchase orders for department
* Responsibility for new employee new starter packs
* Assist the Sales Director in ensuring that work assigned/delegated by them is completed
* Assist the Sales Director/Management Team with internal reporting
* To co-ordinate monthly payroll across departments
* Arrange Quarterly Sales Conferences
* To manage the Sales Director Outlook e-mailbox
* Coordinate recruitment activity

CANDIDATE

* Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
