We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team based in Nuneaton. If you are an experienced Administrator with excellent communication and organisational skills, this could be the role for you.

**Your responsibilities would include**:

- Dealing with inbound calls from Brokers
- Actioning and co-ordinating quotes and dealing with any queries
- Generating new quotes
- Notifying Broker of any sale rejections
- Onboarding new Brokers/TPIs
- Any other admin duties to support the sales office

- Strong relationship building skills to instantly build a rapport with a wide variety of people
- UK Water or other utility industry knowledge (desirable)
- Working to a high standard with good timekeeping
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- The ability to cope well under pressure
- Self-motivated and a team player
- IT Literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Flexibility with hours during busy periods
