They are looking for a Lead Application Support Analyst to help their team that works around the clock. This also a great opportunity if you’re looking to advance your career and step into a supervisory role.

As a Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence within their support team. You’ll handle incidents, make sure they meet their service goals, and keep their customers happy. Plus, you’ll be the go-to person for any escalations and will coach the team to improve our performance.

Some desirable skills include:

  • Excellent communicator
  • Experience in service desk operations and ticket management.
  • Scripting skills in PowerShell/Bash.
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory and/or Windows Server 201x
  • System administration experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles

You’ll need to be able to travel regularly to their offices in Glasgow or Edinburgh since they work on a hybrid-basis. However, they do have really inviting and modern offices which makes it all worthwhile They do have some really strong benefits too which include:
