About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Development Lead to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our Global Technology Services organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of software solutions to support our business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage software development and delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their technology requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical solutions and implementation plans.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in cloud migration, software development, and delivery methodologies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and delivery, with a focus on cloud migration and financial services.
  • Strong technical skills in software development, cloud migration, and delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and JIRA.
