Job Title: Application Development Lead - AVP

We are seeking an experienced Application Development Lead to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our Global Technology Services organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of software solutions to support our business growth and innovation.

About the Role

This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of software development and delivery, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of software developers and engineers, and working closely with our business stakeholders to understand their technology requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of software solutions to support business growth and innovation
  • Manage a team of software developers and engineers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their technology requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in software development and delivery
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to the team on software development best practices and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and delivery
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent technical skills in software development and delivery
  • Experience working with cloud-based technologies and agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of financial services and technology
