Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to the highest standard.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the pastry team, supporting the Senior Pastry Chef in daily tasks.
  • Assist with the creation and presentation of innovative and visually stunning pastry dishes.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all pastry items.


About You:

  • Previous experience in a pastry or bakery environment, with a genuine passion for pastry arts.
  • Eager to learn and develop skills under the guidance of experienced chefs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
