Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team at MLA, based in Greenford as part of the GEDU Group. The ideal candidate will be possessing a strong marketing background. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the overall goals of MLA and the GEDU Group.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote MLA's products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign implementation.

Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.

Brand Development:

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the MLA brand within the GEDU Group.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing collateral.

Event Coordination:

  • Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and product launches in Greenford and other relevant locations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize event success.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets efficiently.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure resources are allocated effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
