**Job aim: To maintain the iStorage Amazon accounts globally, work closely with iStorage Amazon partners and increase sales.**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Produce weekly stock reports for Amazon UK and DE and share with management.
- Ensure iStorage remain competitive on pricing globally against our competitors. Produce a monthly pricing report and share with management.
- Maintain and improve iStorage Amazon listings globally (content, images, videos, etc. ), prioritizing the top performing countries regularly.
- Manage Amazon stock levels via Amazon FBA and Vendor Central. Create shipments and track the progress until all units are booked in by Amazon. Any discrepancies must be reported regularly and discussed with management.
- Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, ensuring iStorage have the highest bids and visibility on the top performing keywords.
- Maintain and improve iStorage Amazon stores globally, ensuring all content is translated and uploaded to the relevant country.
- Maintain and improve iStorage Amazon A+ content per product, globally, ensuring all content is translated and uploaded to the relevant country.
- Answer questions and messages on the Amazon platform within the timeframes provided by Amazon.
- Work with Amazon support teams when any issues arise.
- Work closely with iStorage Amazon distribution and reseller partners to increase sales.
- Ensure we have stock, availability, and competitive pricing across all Amazon accounts, globally.
- Share weekly sales report with management.
- Monitor closely and prioritize removal orders and returns from Amazon. Keep a record of all returns by stating the date of the return, the reason for the return, and the product/s returned to management monthly.
- You may be required to perform any ad hoc duties by management.

**Experience/Skills**:

- Graduate position - entry-level or 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of a European language desirable.

- Capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.

**Salary**: From £27,000.00 per year
