**What You Will Do**
- Developing and executing trade marketing strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth and market share.
- Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborating with sales and product teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns and programs that align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Creating and managing budgets for trade marketing initiatives and monitoring spending to ensure profitability.
- Conducting market research and analysing data to understand customer behaviour and preferences.
- Developing and implementing channel-specific marketing programs, including point-of-sale displays, merchandising materials, and other promotional materials.
- Analysing sales and marketing data to measure the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and making recommendations for improvement.
- Communicating trade marketing plans and results to the Sales team, including senior management, and key partners.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure that trade marketing initiatives remain innovative and effective.

**The Person**
- **Analytical skills**: The ability to analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, as well as to conduct market research and analyse data to understand customer behaviour and preferences.
- **Collaboration**: The ability to collaborate with sales to develop and implement promotional campaigns and programs that align with the overall marketing strategy, as well as to manage relationships with key partners.
- **Communication**: The ability to communicate trade marketing plans and results to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management
- **Creativity**: The ability to develop innovative and effective channel-specific marketing programs, including point-of-sale displays, merchandising materials, and other promotional materials.
- **Time management**: The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- **Attention to detail**: The ability to pay attention to detail and ensure that all marketing materials and initiatives are accurate, consistent, and compliant with Dr Vapes standards.
- **Adaptability**: The ability to adapt to changes in market conditions and industry trends, as well as to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- **Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- **Experience**: 2-3 years’ proven marketing experience

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
