Description:
We have an opportunity to join our growing commercial team at Zynk, a leading technology company headquartered in Newcastle. We are seeking another Business Development Manager to drive sales of our iPaaS Data Integration solution to both new and existing clients. This role presents an exciting opportunity to spearhead revenue growth, leveraging your expertise in identifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and understanding client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target prospective clients across diverse industries.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Gain insight into client pain points and needs, positioning Zynk as the optimal solution.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Drive negotiations and secure deals.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuously assess market dynamics and competitors, providing feedback to product and marketing teams.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Required Skills:
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure while achieving targets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation aptitude.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and adept at relationship-building.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • A daily commute to our Newcastle office is essential.

Desirable Experience:
  • Sales background, preferably within the technology or software sector.
  • Familiarity with iPaaS, data integration, or related technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
