  • Plan and prioritize initiatives including developing work plans and team charters, clarifying priorities and creating an overall program plan
  • Identify and resolve issues and provide guidance and support to working teams
  • Work with stakeholders to understand pain points and perspectives, and align on go forward plans
  • Monitor progress of projects, review output and provide a view of progress and milestones and issues
  • Help coordinate across diverse global teams; including making connections, supporting collaboration and establishing regular communication channels among team/efforts
  • Ensure strong links across other internal function and business partners
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • 10+ years' Consulting experience from top-tier firm and/or within a high-calibre HR team
  • Experience managing large-scale, global projects in support of organizational change efforts
  • Familiarity with professional services companies and business models
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to clarify problems and articulate solutions
  • Proven excellence with project management and group facilitation, across different cultures and related to highly confidential and sensitive topics
  • Ideally some product, system or digital experience particularly around HR systems and use cases
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
  • Advanced skills in creating MS PowerPoint presentations; MS Word; strong Excel; familiarity with Trello and Slack
YOU'LL WORK WITH

The team you will work with possesses strong project and change management skills and deep analytical capabilities.
