The Role
As an SDR, you'll be the engine of our sales team, driving new business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, loves building relationships, and is eager to develop a career in tech sales.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prospect and identify ideal customers through outbound strategies (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, etc.)
- Engage with decision-makers to understand their challenges and introduce them to our solution
- Book high-quality meetings and demos for the sales team
- Work closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Maintain and update CRM records, tracking outreach and pipeline progression
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings
What We're Looking For
- 6-12 months of sales, customer service, or outbound calling experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle objections with confidence
- A relentless, self-motivated attitude with a desire to win
- Passion for startups and technology
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
- Ability to work 2/3 days a week in our Manchester office
