As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Karman Digital, you will play a crucial role in driving our new business efforts. Your ability to identify and qualify potential clients will directly fuel our sales pipeline and contribute to our company's growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, enjoys strategic prospecting, and is eager to develop their sales career within a high-performing, HubSpot-focused agency.

In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting high-volume outreach to prospective clients, utilising various channels such as phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Your goal will be to generate interest in our HubSpot services and solutions, effectively communicating how Karman Digital can address their unique needs.

Once initial contact is established, you'll nurture these leads by providing valuable information, answering enquiries, and maintaining regular follow-ups. Your efforts will ensure that potential clients are well-informed and primed for deeper engagement with our wider team

This role is integral to our growth strategy, requiring a proactive and persistent approach to uncovering new opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media, to generate new business opportunities.
    • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine their fit and potential as clients, ensuring alignment with our services.
      • Lead Nurturing: Maintain regular communication with qualified leads, providing relevant information and resources to keep them engaged and moving through the sales funnel.
        • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective outreach strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach to lead generation.
          • CRM Management: Utilise HubSpot CRM to meticulously track and manage all lead interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
            • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to lead generation and conversion, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Skills, competencies and experience

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for engaging potential clients and articulating value propositions clearly.
    • Sales Acumen: A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for identifying opportunities and driving results.
      • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
        • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, and familiarity with sales engagement tools.
          • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adjusting strategies based on market feedback and evolving objectives.
            • Experience: Previous experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably within a digital agency or technology-focused company, is advantageous.

Hours - Full time

Salary  - £28K - £32K + Performance-based Bonus Scheme

Location: Hybrid - Manchester. Co-working space in Manchester utilised once a fortnight.
