We're looking for two Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join a fast-growing managed services provider (MSP) in Manchester. This is your chance to be part of a company that's leading the way in cloud, cybersecurity, and telecom solutions—and get real career progression in tech sales.

What you'll be doing
Prospecting & outreach – Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Booking qualified meetings – Setting up sales meetings for the wider team (target: two per month).
Following up on inbound leads – Engaging prospects who've shown interest.
Developing your industry knowledge – Learning about cloud, cybersecurity, and telecom solutions to pitch effectively.
Keeping things organised – Updating CRM systems and tracking outreach.
What we're looking for
Some previous sales experience – B2B or B2C, whether outbound, inbound, or even door-to-door.
Ambition & resilience – You're motivated, love a challenge, and don't get discouraged by a 'no.'
A quick learner – Tech experience isn't essential, but you need to be eager to understand the industry.
Strong organisation & time management skills – You stay on top of your tasks and follow up like a pro.
Bonus points if you have…
Experience in tech, telecom, or cybersecurity sales.
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
The Details
Salary: £25K base + £4.8K commission on target (uncapped earnings).
Hybrid working: 3 days in Trafford Park, Manchester, 2 days remote.
