Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Cross-Selling to Existing Customers

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our clients dynamic SaaS team, where you'll be driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities with their existing customers. If you thrive in an environment where you can nurture relationships and create value, they want you on our team

Key Responsibilities: Identify and research opportunities within the existing customer base to generate new business

Schedule and generate appointments for Account Managers to grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling

Manage your pipeline, driving revenue and working closely with the Customer Success team

Take clients on a journey, from the first call to confirming revenue, all while delivering exceptional customer service

Follow up on marketing campaigns and proactively seek new methods to engage with customers

Work closely with internal teams to support the delivery of top-notch service
