Territory Sales Specialist – Sports Medicine & Biologics

North West, UK

The Territory Sales Specialist will play a vital role in promoting cutting-edge Sports Medicine and biologics products across the North West of the UK. This position offers the opportunity to work with innovative solutions that enhance patient outcomes while driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in medical device sales, particularly within surgical environments, and demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Market Growth

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets within the designated territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
  • Expand the customer base and market presence through strategic planning and execution.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular visits to key accounts and potential clients to understand their needs and promote tailored solutions.
  • Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and insights to senior management.

Industry Engagement

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to strengthen brand presence.
