Tasks

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Manager to join DigX, working with one of our prestigious clients in a large accountancy firm. As a trusted consultant, you will lead and manage integration projects, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal performance of our client's accountancy systems.

This role is pivotal as we embark on several high-profile projects into the new year. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage project resources effectively, ensuring the right skills are applied to the right tasks at the right time.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and lessons learned to improve project processes and outcomes.
Requirements

Experience Needed

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale integration projects within the accountancy sector.
  • Extensive experience with accountancy software and systems.
  • Strong consultancy background with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
