Werkstudent (m/w/d) Customer Operations

In dieser Position unterstützt du als Mitglied des Operations-Team dabei, den reibungslosen Betrieb unseres Produktes bei Hrmony-Kund:innen sicherzustellen. Du stellst wichtige Daten und Informationen zuverlässig und termingerecht bereit und übernimmst die Ausführung verschiedener Prozesse im Produktbetrieb.

Wenn du mind. noch 1 Jahr an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert bist, dein Lebensmittelpunkt in Deutschland ist und du eine remote-first Stelle mit flexibler Zeiteinteilung aus dem Homeoffice suchst, bist du bei uns richtig.

Über den Job:
  • Du stellst sicher, dass die Daten in unserem CRM und Backend stets korrekt gepflegt sind
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen bei der An- und Abmeldung neuer User
  • Du unterstützt beim Versand der Rechnungen an unsere Kund:innen sowie im Mahnwesen
  • Du beantwortest schriftlich Fragen unserer B2B-Kund:innen
  • Du stehst in engem Austausch mit unseren Teams im User Support, Customer Success und Development
  • Zusätzlich unterstützt du das Operations Team bei weiteren administrativen Aufgaben
Stellenanforderungen

Über dich:

  • Du studierst mind. im 3. Bachelor-Semester und bist noch für mind. 1 Jahr an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben; dein Wohnort und regelmäßiger Aufenthaltsort befindet sich in Deutschland
  • Du bist regelmäßig für mind. 15h (idealerweise 20h) pro Woche verfügbar und kannst deine Verfügbarkeiten so einrichten, dass du uns um den Monatswechsel herum etwas mehr unterstützen kannst
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits erste berufspraktische Erfahrungen gesammelt
  • Du hast gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, und möchtest diese weiter vertiefen
  • Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie gutes technisches Verständnis und findest dich schnell in neue Tools und Programme ein
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis von Daten und Zahlen und beschreibst dich als zahlenaffin
  • Im Umgang mit Kund:innen bewahrst du Ruhe, auch wenn es mal stressiger wird
  • Du kannst dich im Homeoffice gut selbst organisieren, arbeitest sehr sorgfältig und zuverlässig legst Wert darauf, Termine und Fristen einzuhalten
  • Du kommunizierst professionell in Wort und Schrift: Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, Englisch auf B1-Level
