Position Overview:

We seek an ambitious, forward-thinking Regional Sales Manager to drive the adoption and growth of our cloud and SaaS offerings in the UK and Nordic markets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for technology, particularly cloud solutions and the SaaS business model, and the ability to tackle complex customer needs and deliver tailor-made, impactful solutions. This role is vital for our strategic expansion and the ongoing innovation of our services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the strategic growth and market penetration of TVU Networks’ cloud and SaaS solutions, specifically within the broadcast and media sectors across the UK and Nordics.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies highlighting our SaaS solutions’ distinctive benefits to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key players, system integrators, and resellers to broaden our ecosystem and enhance market reach.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to spot emerging business opportunities and trends, securing TVU Networks’ position as a frontrunner in cloud-based broadcasting solutions.
  • Serve as a consultative advisor to clients, offering insights and guidance on optimizing TVU Networks’ solutions for their digital transformation objectives.
  • Organize and facilitate product demonstrations and presentations that effectively communicate the advantages of our SaaS model.
  • Liaise with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback and market needs into actionable product improvements and innovations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring an exemplary customer journey.


Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in business development and sales, preferably within the SaaS, cloud solutions, or technology sectors, with a background in media or broadcasting being an asset.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to devise and execute comprehensive, data-informed sales strategies.
  • Successful track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals in a highly competitive setting.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the aptitude to establish relationships, influence key stakeholders, and clearly articulate technical concepts.
  • Analytical prowess for identifying market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Preparedness to travel extensively within the UK and Nordic regions.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills relevant to the Nordic countries are a plus.


Location:

Flexible within the UK. This position requires extensive travel within these regions to build and enhance relationships with clients and partners.
